W1SDØM has been created to support change agents, investors and advisors by facilitating the flow of capital – be it human, intellectual, social or financial – to more effectively create the next generation of global sustainable enterprise.

Our team is made up of serial entrepreneurs, each grounded in a personal commitment to building a more sustainable (and therefore just) world. We are highly accomplished professionally, and have all spent time in a constructive personal practice, as mediators, yogis, endurance athletes, healers, musicians and artists. We have a more open business structure than most companies, and welcome (and compensate) contributions on many levels. We anticipate that people will want to change roles over time, and provide space for people to flourish and evolve as the business and their own lives change.

uncompromise is the Boulder-based, US arm of a strategic commercialization, marketing and project management firm based in Brisbane, Australia.
Cameron Burgess – uncompromise’s founder – has been working to found, catalyze and commercialize social and sustainable ventures for more than fifteen years, and in that time has developed a global reputation as a highly effective, values oriented thought leader with a focus on developing solutions in service to global change.
Through his collection of projects, Cameron has directly served thousands of entrepreneurs from micro business through to multinational. Uncompromise’s model is to develop teams on the basis of project requirements; subsequently they are developing our marketing strategy for the City of Boulder project, and will be managing the team outlined below.
